We understand that moving into a new property can be stressful and blinds may not be top of your priority list, but we make it our priority to help you. Our service is structured to ensure we have all the relevant window / door specifications detailed and ready for the manufacture and installation of any type of window dressing of your choice.

Where possible, we will survey the property prior to you taking up residence, however we appreciate that this is not allows possible and make alternative arrangements to survey swiftly once you have moved in.

Process

Upon appointing us to undertake the survey, dates need to be agreed when we can access the property, plus any special arrangements or requirements.

All surveys will be undertaken Mon-Fri, weekends must be agreed under special arrangements.

Whilst it may be too soon to know colour schemes / materials for your window coverings, it would useful to get an idea of the type you require as this will determine the manufacturing lead time.

Once surveys are completed and all relevant documentation is completed, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient appointment to discuss your final requirements at either our Congleton or Poynton showrooms.

Upon agreement of requirements, a full proposal with be offered along with production leads times.

Please note that a deposit will be taken for this service that will be deducted from your final invoice, subject to value of order – contact us for more details.
