Our after-sales is equally responsive to clients’ requirements and we are more than happy to arrange site visits when necessary. You will always be contacted by customer services following an installation by our own fitters to ensure you are completely satisfied as your feedback is always appreciated.
All our products come with a 12-month manufacturers guarantee, except for faux-wood shutters which come with a 10-year manufacturers guarantee on parts only; allowing for normal usage of course. If an installation was undertaken by a Blinds by Design fitter, this too will be guaranteed for 12-months subject to normal usage.
